SAN DIEGO<\/strong> (April 16, 2025): Higgs Fletcher & Mack (HFM) is proud to welcome attorney Brandon J. Adams<\/a> to the firm\u2019s Corporate and Securities Law and Real Estate Law practice groups, effective April 7, 2025.<\/p>\n

Prior to joining HFM, Adams represented large real estate developers, businesses, and high net-worth clients in complex commercial and residential real estate matters. His experience includes commercial leases, partnerships, joint ventures, development projects, dispositions, easements, mergers, and acquisitions. He also represented businesses as outside general counsel, which allowed him to work on general business, leasing, employment, agreements, marketing, licensure compliance, and other various legal matters. Adams has also assisted with drafting and compliance with U.S Securities and Exchange Commission research, private placement memorandums, subscription agreements, and other investment documents.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are excited to welcome Brandon to the HFM team,\u201d said Jim Peterson, HFM\u2019s Managing Partner. \u201cHis understanding of sophisticated business transactions, real estate experience, and work on complex matters make him an excellent addition to our corporate and real estate law practices.\u201d<\/p>\n

Adams earned his law degree from California Western School of Law and previously earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Nevada, Reno.<\/p>\n
