After 2 years, Alexis defeated a motion for class certification brought against Orange and LA County-based hospital system, MemorialCare, for alleged violations of California&#8217;s Unfair Competition law and the Consumer Legal Remedy Act (CLRA). The case is captioned <em>Terrazas, et al. v.
