{"id":6633,"date":"2014-01-14T11:29:29","date_gmt":"2014-01-14T18:29:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/higgslaw.local\/?p=235"},"modified":"2019-04-22T15:45:44","modified_gmt":"2019-04-22T22:45:44","slug":"higgs-fletcher-mack-celebrates-75-years-with-7500-hours-of-community-service","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/higgslaw.com\/higgs-fletcher-mack-celebrates-75-years-with-7500-hours-of-community-service\/","title":{"rendered":"Higgs Fletcher &#038; Mack celebrates 75 years with 7,500 hours of community service"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/higgslaw.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/HFM-75th-Logo-160x160.png\" alt=\"HFM-75th-Logo-160x160\" \/><br \/>\nSAN DIEGO, Calif. \u2013 January 14, 2013 \u2013 <strong>Higgs Fletcher &amp; Mack<\/strong>, one of San Diego\u2019s oldest and largest San Diego-based law firms, is celebrating its 75-year anniversary in 2014 with its \u201c7,500 Hour Volunteer Challenge\u201d campaign.<\/p>\n<p>To celebrate its anniversary, the firm will donate 7,500 hours of community service along with monetary contributions to select non-profits throughout the year.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cWhen reflecting on the 75 years we have been in business, it was important to have a celebration that is meaningful and representative of our company values and culture,\u201d said John Morrell, managing partner at Higgs Fletcher &amp; Mack.<\/em><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cServing San Diego in a legal capacity, but also in a philanthropic one, has been at our core since our beginning in 1939.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>More than 140 Higgs employees will be participating in community service activities throughout the year.
