The webinar, &#8220;Proving Lost Profits in Patent Infringement Cases,&#8221; provided insight into how one can seek lost profits damages or seek a reasonable royalty as damages in patent infringement cases. The program also explored issues and problems in obtaining a lost profits award.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Samouris has represented clients in business and commercial litigation for over 20 years. He has effectively represented companies in patent, trademark, and trade secret lawsuits, partnership and contractual disputes, interference with business relations, investor lawsuits and employment disputes.
