Higgs Fletcher & Mack, a San Diego-based, full-service law firm for almost 85 years, announced it was recognized by U.S. News<\/em> \u2013 Best Lawyers<\/a>\u00ae <\/span> in its 2019 \u201cBest Law Firms\u201d ranking. The firm achieved Tier 1 rankings for its metropolitan area in eight practice areas: Appellate Practice, Arbitration, Commercial Litigation, Insurance Law, Legal Malpractice Law\u2013Defendants, Litigation\u2013Tax, Medical Malpractice Law\u2013Defendants, Personal Injury Litigation\u2013Defendants and Product Liability Litigation\u2013Defendants.<\/p>\n

The rankings are based on a rigorous evaluation process that includes the collection of client and lawyer evaluations, peer review from leading attorneys in their field and review of additional information provided by law firms as part of the formal submission process.
