The Form I-94 is the document that details a foreign national\u2019s status in the United States and how long the person can remain in the United States pursuant to a lawful admission. The new rule, when implemented, means that visitors will no longer be required to fill out a paper Form I-94 when arriving to the United States. The admission documentation and information will be automated through electronic means.
