Carter to the firm\u2019s <\/span><span class=\"s13\">employment litigation practice<\/span><span class=\"s13\">, effective September 10, 2025.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>His defense practice is shaped by his prior experience representing plaintiffs in complex employment matters. He played a central role in securing a landmark eight-figure verdict in a single-plaintiff sexual harassment trial that withstood post-trial challenges, and has handled high-stakes class action litigation, including a case involving more than 140,000 putative class members.<\/p>\n<p>He has argued more than 30 motions and ex parte applications, conducted and defended depositions, and served as lead counsel in mediations resulting in multiple six-figure settlements.
